The most common reasons include:
- Playing on multiple devices
- Playing multiple profiles on the same device
If you are playing on multiple devices or profiles, you will generally only receive notifications on one device or profile, not necessarily the one you are currently using.
If you are not seeing notifications outside of the game or are encountering a delay, please perform these steps before contacting Customer Support:
- Go into Game Options and Disable all notifications under the "Notifications"
- Go to your Device Settings for notifications and Disable notifications for the game
- Reboot your device
- Go to your device settings for notifications and Re-Enable notifications for the game
- Launch the game, and Enable notifications again in the Game Options
