If your Buildings in your Keep or other player’s Keeps are not displaying please attempt the following steps to alleviate the issue:
- Buildings and/or Keeps not showing are a result of a delay in the display. This can be corrected by closing the game completely and restarting it. Leave the game open for a minute or two to allow the game to load the display completely and refresh the connection to the server.
- If after allowing the game to refresh you are still having issues with Buildings or Keeps displaying then the issue can be resolved by clearing your device’s cache and optimizing its performance.
- To do this please make sure you are connected to a secure WiFi hub, close all background apps, put your device into ‘Airplane Mode’ for a few seconds and then restart the game.
- Again you will want to wait a minute or two to allow the game to load the display completely and refresh the connection to the server.

- As the delay in the display can occasionally cause additional graphic issues. I would recommend these steps to resolve:
- Tapping on Keeps, Seats of Power, Resource Nodes or Creatures will not bring up a menu to Attack, Reinforce, etc.
- Graphical anomalies such as incorrect colors, extra text or incorrect text
- March lines not appearing on the Battle Map
- Pawn battle animations not displaying
