I have experienced my first and hopefully only big problem with the game. So, I made a ticket complaining over the problem and the customer support was quick to respond as always but when I ended up unsatisfied with the help I received, I escalated the ticket to get the help I needed. But now customer support isn’t responding, at first, I thought I had made a mistake, so I made a ticket asking if they had received my escalation, they responded within 5 minutes but still no respond from the escalation. And the problem is time sensitive so if anyone know how long this normally takes it would be appreciated if they can post their experiencing.
