So after spending £120 in a Matter of hours, my account was suspended around 11pm gmt Friday evening, “account suspended contact WB support for assistance” so contact them I did....over 24 hours later and after contacting them via tickets on the email. Via twitter posts both public and in DM’s on several différant WB support twitter accounts, and on Facebook I have yet to receive any assistance or any information as to why I was suspended, if I can appeal it, or when the suspension will end, if ever. This is absolutely abhorrent customer service, I know for a fact I havnt broken any terms or conditions, even if I had, I should have recieved an email warning me, I should have received an email stating why I was suspended, how long till and an appeal process, I did not. To top it all off, my account was left unguarded, why suspend a player and not protect their account especially after significant spending. WB and gotc have essentially stolen my money as I’ve not been able to play with what I’ve bought. The ignorance is absolutely outstandingly terrible, for the money spent on this game customer support should be available 24/7 and replies should be quick and post haste. I don’t know what to do, how much more can I do to contact WB other then turning up at their offices in the USA and demanding a full refund or my account back with compensation for damages to both my property and my mental health as the potential to lose a substantial investment is quite distressing and anxiety inducing. Somebody for the love of god help me
