I would like to speak with someone from customer support.
I was holding a spot near Kings Landing last evening, at approximately 11 PM EST. when I refreshed my shield with a 24 hour bubble, logged off game for the night. I know it refreshed because it gave me the warning that I still had 27 minutes left on my current shield and would lose it. When I logged back in this morning, my shield had vanished, I had been attacked repeatedly by a single player not long after I had logged off for the night. I lost approximately 130k troops, 18k traps, and my spot at Kings Landing. I never received any alerts from the game that I was being scouted, or attacked even though my game notifications are enabled, and my phone was right beside my bed. Previously, I have not had an issue with shields, but the notification issue I have reported previously.
I understand that I have only been playing this game for a couple of months, and that I don't spend as much on the game as some players, but seriously, I am about to uninstall this game, and go from site to site, and leave as many negative reviews of this game as I possibly can unless someone from Customer Support can find a way to explain to me why this game has as many bugs as it has in it, and please, somehow, find a way to fix the issue I encountered last night, and make it right for me as a player.
I don't want to leave the game, but it is getting extremely frustrating experiencing these game issues, and receiving absolutely NO response from devs, or customer support. Now, I am expected to recoup my losses, heal my 80k wounded troops, and somehow retrain the 130k troops that were killed in the attacks.
