This story started in the beginning of August when I reported a bug that made the game change game accounts without the interaction of the user after an update/ after creating a new account through a friend code.
The game (I have seen this in iOS) sometimes after an update or after using a friend code would log you in to a different account of that in which you were before. Several times those accounts were also not bound somewhere (not new accounts). I lost access to my Facebook the my account was bound to, and after an update, the game changed my profile game with another. I reported this to the Italian support, and asked if it was possible to recover my progress.
I just wanted my account back because it was one of the best in my kingdom (exquisite level 40 gear, high level research, t9, etc.). After some weeks of talking, they told me to create another account and that they would give me gold for what I have paid. They told me that they couldn't give me things for what I earned through the gameplay also if I played for one year like the prestige/materials to re-craft my level 40 gear.
I spent in that account around 7k euros; that's around 8k dollars (I've sent screens of all the purchases). After a day, the support wrote me saying that they valued my account and my purchase 36M of gold. But it is impossible to come back to what I was, so I've asked around, and I've seen that this was a ridiculus amount for what I was and what I paid so I wrote again to the support and they gave 12M more gold. This still isn't enough.
With this new account, I've already bought around 800 euros of packs, and I still can't reach my old level. For all this time, I spoke with only a guy of the Italian support, and after that I asked again why I had a so little compensation he said me that I would never receive a fair compensation for my account cause I've acted bad with the support. Literally "we have far exceeded the chances that your account and its way of dealing with your accounts and with the support would give you the opportunity to receive" and then said that asking again a reconsideration of this case could result in a closing of my account. He further blamed me with sile responsibility for my situation with the loss of my original account. This is ignoring the fact that I already reported the bug that made me lose the account. I reported the bug, I lost my access but not all the fault were mine.
Talking with people I've seen that my compensation is totally different from everyone else. One Italian got 30M for 3k euros paid, an american got 60M for 5k dollars spent. All of these users had worse accounts than mine and had spent less than me. As I mentioned earlier, I had a really good account with a lot of lvl40 equips and highly advanced research. I played a lot and well. I'm very active in my kingdom and in the community helping people to solve problems. I spoke with a lot of people about my situation and a lot said to open a post in the forum or ask to an admin directly, I've tried to write to maegon but he is too busy probablu so I asked to Ste4 and he said to open this post. Lose all this money and receiving as response the fact that I will never have a compensation due to third things (I think are false, I can provide all the conversation with the support) its not comprensible in my mind.
I add that the problem is still not solved, some week ago after you introduced back the friends code I used one and it logged into my old account in which I haven't access from month, this caused me to have the game blocked (cause my old account is banned and when you log into a banned account you can't change profile) for half day, fortunally after some hours it changed again account (I needed to use another device to put a bubble).
I like this game and play a lot and activelly for the community but I can't continue playing spending money after this joke.
Thats not fair and injust.
After I reported this things they said me that they valuated my account and my purchases 36M and that the others 12M were cause I'm an old player to apologize, thats another insult.
