I put in a ticket for losing an account during the server issues yesterday. I spent 400.92$ on new server and now I’ve lost money because I haven’t been able to login and defend my keep. I’ve provided all information asked for including purchase receipts and support hasn’t gotten back to me. You would think that paying customers would have a decent support system. I understand that there are a million tickets but after you respond once you should be able to get back to that ticket ASAP. Lost over 900k power and resources now as well due to no shield and not being able to login and defend myself. Looking to see if I cant get this resolved faster by coming to the forum.
