I lodge a ticket last week when almost all the user faced tons of problem while loading the game. This ticket included almost every screenshot possible.
I got a reply that my ticket has been closed a few days ago and the customer care bot feel sorry for my loss. During all these, I incurred the monetary loss ( real money, not just loss of resources/troop/time).
I am sure many users got the same reply.
Do you think this is acceptable. Especially when it is coming from a big name like GOT and WB?
Is there any way to fix it. Is it like this: play the game on our rule or else leave?
I wrote to Google Play store as well for compensation. They said I have to wait for a couple of days more just to see if my problem is acceptable or not. I think their final reply will be "talk to WB" and then the cycle goes on and on without any solution.
PS: That bot does accept that my claims were right.
