Tickets getting ignored and forcefully closed

    I'm sorry that you feel like your ticket was unanswered, I can understand that being frustrating. Could you post your ticket number please? Some tickets that are raised under certain categories e.g bugs will be used to gather information, but may not get a specific response.     hey STE4,

     

    good to see you again. Last time you were instrumental in solving my issue and your reply raised my expectation of having a solution again this time.

    Yes, it is very frustrating. Seem your new Customer care is just following the tactics: frustrate the users till he gives up.

     

    I have submitted following tickets 

    #151714 (the original one)

    #160780 ( this one i got when i tried replying the first one)

     

    Both these tickets have the comprehensive details with all the screenshots.

     

    Please don't mark it as a bug and stop communication (it happened to me once, after 18 emails it was marked as the bug and then I haven't heard back from them).

     

    With this issue coming on your plate, I hope there will be a faster solution.

    I can't believe it happened again.

    My third ticket is forcibly closed and I got a fourth ticket number(#176935) for the same problem. This is ridiculous on WB's behalf. The below-par customer care will be the downfall of this game.

     

    PS: this is the last automated reply I got when Moderators here were asking for my ticket number.
