    The first ticket I sent in was 204326 which is currently laying dormant I guess or hiding out back hoping I don’t come back looking for my 1,000,000 troops! But joking aside I do appreciate you responding to my post so fast, I am very reassured by this that something will finally happen and that literally all is not lost to a glitch. This number provided is the original including all images showing everything basically. If you need more than this please let me know as I will gladly assist in anyway way possible. Again thank you for replying cheers hope to hear from you soon. 👍🏻

    Yes someone finally replied to me yesterday after 9 days!! Now I said in my email how my shield expired before it should have and I got no notification and I also said I got no reports in my messages of the rallies that zeroed me sounds simple so far yes? Kindly the alliance we are at war with sent me screenshots of the reports one of them had 2 days later again all straight forward so I sent those to WB Games and attached all proof that the game was fully updated same with my phone etc all the generic stuff they always send my device was spot on no reason why this would of happened only thing that could of been wrong was the game and how it flashed across the screen when I got in server error world out of sync so ya the game had issues that morning but moving on.... so first email sent on the 5th all following info required plus additional info I found sent on the 6th & 7th today is the 14th and they said last night that the pic’s of the rally were not good enough they need to have the time on top of the pic..... Now bearing in mind this is going on 9 days they have had the rally pic’s for 7 days and now they come back to me with that honestly come on like!! We all know how long our reports stay in our inboxes and after a player vs player weekend no chance old messages will be still there and I did ask them any chance that report is still there and obviously no it’s been 9 days... I do only pay to play to this spent a few hundred last month etc and this is what you get back I couldn’t even rate that as poor customer service is there any minus option when your rating how many stars ⭐️ ⭐️ You would give this game!! Don’t get me wrong I don’t know who is replying to me here about this but you are doing a great job you answered me replied back etc at least your doing your very best to help me and I do appreciate you doing this on my behalf so thank you 👍🏻. I hope you can come back to me and help me try get this issue resolved so we can put it to rest and I can get back to playing normally 😁

    Oh I have responded to this person and apparently the game has no issues or problems and all is good!! They are saying my shield dropped as normal according to there log file but I know I had over an hour left on that shield but they say no and are now not responding to me as the case is closed because they said so!!! What a joke ha! Oh well there goes all the money I spent and my 1,000,000 troops not as if it’s a big loss 😱😱 it’s just ridiculous behaviour and it’s some way to treat the people to pay for the pleasure to play GOT.
