Account Suspension for no reason and no response of support

    Update on the Case. after contact over several platforms to the Support. i finally got an answer and proper support.

    I have the same problem. I have been suspended TWICE this week and I've sent multiple emails to customer support and I am not getting a response. My account needs to be unlocked and I should atleast recieve some sort of gold compensation for the poor customer service! My ticket number is (3149450)

    Hi,

    Not all support tickets receive a unique reply. The categories “Bug Reports”, “Feedback”, and “Report Abuse, Cheating, or Content” are reviewed by the developers and moderation team and will not be responded to by a Customer Service Agent.

    If you need direct assistance, please be sure to select a different question type. If you are not sure which ticket type you previously submitted, please read the automatically generated email sent to you when your ticket was created.

    You will need to reach out to Support to see why your account has been suspended. 

    Please note this forum is not actively monitored by Customer Service. If you need assistance that requires a WB Games Support agent, it is best to contact Support via a ticket or Twitter @WBGamesSupport
