    I am sorry that you have not been able to collect your milestone rewards. If you still cannot collect the rewards after restarting the game and the device, then please raise a ticket on our website (https://hbogamessupport.wbgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and the Support team will be able to look into this further.
