Waiting on response
I sent in 3 tickets around the 4th of August and the atrocious gameplay. Started with rallies glitching, we couldn’t see them, couldn’t join them, couldn’t cancel them. Then it was the same SoP issues we have had for months, can’t see who has what, SoP looks NPC owned but after sending troops you find out it’s not. Then the worst was a brand new visual glitch in which you can’t see the map. It’s just a mess, and I sent that image in with my last ticket. I’ve received no response for any of my tickets, while most of my teammates received responses and compensation within 48 hours. Seeing how it’s been over a week, I’ve decided to try an alternative path. Please respond here. My tickets are as follows:

Another week of disappointment. Last Friday I finally received a response, with very low compensation. I was scolded for sending multiple tickets. So I explained all my tickets, as well as attached SS of the glitches. I explained that I had waited 20 days to receive 1/8th of the compensation that multiple teammates received within 24 hours. On Sunday, I received a response saying too bad. So I asked to have tickets to be elevated to a supervisor. As of now, no response. In a few hours it will be 4 full weeks from the initial tickets. Obviously no response on their forum either. SMH, just awful customer service.
