I have sent this ticket with the hope of receiving a reply that is relevant to the subject, as lately I only receive unjustified justifications for the support I request:
In this ticket I showed the following problems with their screenshots:
-The screen went dark and I was unable to take any action other than restart the game manually from the smartphone;
- The window that showed the recipe, during the previous event, in order to receive steel by exchanging with the materials provided did not have the button at the center to complete the operation, although I had the sufficient quantity to conclude; this led me to complete the event, losing positions and missing the resources I was due;
- During the event of the hunt for brick caravans, for the umpteenth time the search window dedicated to events does not appear, preventing me from being able to search for the levels I wanted (the same problem arose during the event of strategic nodes even there I lost positions and resources).
I honestly don't know how many reports I have to send; I only know that soon I will eliminate the game from my smartphone as not only do I find satisfaction in playing, given the continuous problems, but I do not even receive assistance from the operators as they are always limited to saying that they send the report to the developers.
