    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear that you had issues with attempting to log in. In order to allow Customer Support to better assist with your issue, would you be able to provide the Ticket ID(s) of your Ticket(s) so that they can review your previously submitted support cases?

    I've been in touch with Mail since January 16. Costumer support told me "they are unable to respond to them individually. We encourage you to join in the discussion with other players by visiting the WB Games forums" so here I am
