Unplayable gameplay, when will this be fixed? I sent a ticket in days ago with a host of issues which a mediocre compensation amount offered which was a bit if a joke, but still no replies, is it because you know there is a problem and are just refusing to answer tickets until it is fixed? Thanks to the game at one stage I ended up with 105m food opened which I needed to use gold and speedups so I wouldn't lose it to upkeep....
