    I am sorry that you are not able to get into your original game. Please ensure that you have updated to the latest version of the app and have completely closed and reopened the app. If you are still getting the same issue, please raise a ticket with our Customer Support team through the in-game Settings menu or our website ( You may want to check this post: as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.
