First, I get accused of cheating with absolutely no proof even after submitting a ticket. I get a typical canned response from WB saying no action has been taken against my account and that I need to read the 'Response to Bots' message. WHAT? I've read through most of the forum posts from other customers about this Initial/Warning Notification and they're being told to submit tickets. So that you can give them a canned response and send them back to the forums? Stop sending customers in circles. If you're going to accuse your customers, you need to have proof to back it up or you'll start to have legal issues due to the fact that people have spent a lot of money on this game.
Secondly, I am now unable to switch between my kingdoms. Yesterday, I was getting a complete 'Error' login message from FB. Now it's telling me "The FB account you are trying to recover is already the current player profile." It absolutely is not. I have a second FB account for this other kingdom. I am currently unable to log in to shield or send my troops out for safety. If I get zeroed for this, you can bet your bottom I'll be taking action. What is WB doing to fix this issue?xa0
