I was facing a lot of issues during the gameplay. I raised the concern in a ticket. After 18 long emails exchanged (with a detailed description of the problem), it was reported as a bug and a new ticket was assigned to me. Later that was also closed with the following message :
Please note that while bug reports will not receive a response, they are reviewed by our developers and they will use your information to investigate and assist with resolving this issue in a future game update.
What will be next step taken by the developer? Do they really get solved and if yes, when? Are we just the tester for WB, sending them bug reports which may or may not be solved in future?
It has been 2 weeks for me now. I am lagging in the gameplay every day and almost impossible to carry on with it. So should I wait more or just move on accepting the fact the bug reports are the death pit of the issue?
Any thought or experience will be highly appreciated.
