    hi this is the second time I've reported a error with the game as it still keeps glitching and my resources keep going down even thou I've not used them can you please resolve this problem for me
    I also have not had a reply back from the first message I sent

    Customer Service works through a ticketing system, unfortunately they do not have a contact number. Can you update the thread with your ticket numbers and someone will get back to you.

    The game is taking upkeep from you. If you are below the protected food the game will not take upkeep. Could you also update the thread with your ticket number.

     my last ticket number is 24022-1582712, All i ever get are generic responses that have nothing to do with helping my issues with notifications i spent alot of time with apple and determined its something in the way WB delivers notifications and not a phone issue, it started happening after i switched phones.

     I wouldn't be so concerned about it except that combat and pvp notifications are literally the most important notifications in the game and after being zeroed twice, this last time costing me $400 or so to rebuild its very irratating. especially when it happens while my phone is sitting next to me. Best i can tell it has to do with the device change and the system is still trying to deliver the correct notifications to the original device.

    i find it kinda funny that support asks for my ticket number, then a couple days later the ticket is closed with no resolution, Well played WB.
