    I am sorry that you have lost troops without notification or any deaths on the reports. I have moved this to the Support section for better visibility. Please have a look at this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5, as it will advise you of the different types of tickets and the responses they would receive e.g. a bug report ticket will be used to gather information on a bug, but will not get a specific response.

    Hello, thanks for the reply. I received a ticket response yesterday about my incident. And I am very sorry to say that I was not fairly compensated for it. I have lost everything I worked hard for in this game. I have spent about 2000us dollars only in the last 3 months in this game. I lost all my progression and I have no desire to open this game anymore. I payed the price for a faulty error that could’ve been easily avoided with one notification only... I have been given 20,000 gold only for this error.. how is that amount going to Bring back what i list? It is not even equal to 1/3rd of what I lost. I had 450,000 troops, with approximately 390,000 of them being in tier 7. I had 14 million wood, all of which is gone. I lost 4 million power. How is 20,000 gold a fair compensation to what I lost??? You can be at least fair when it comes to your loyal customers who have spent their hard earned money on this app, and at the end, it was the loyal customer who payed the price of being loyal to this game... I have nothing more to say except that I regret installing this game on my device, and that I have wasted 2000 dollars of my well earned money on it.

    Old method: wb didn't try to understand the issue or context, they'd just dramatically overcompensate.

    New method: wb doesn't try to understand the issue or context, they just throw 20k gold at it.

    Middle ground? Fair service? Appropriate level of effort and a thorough understanding of game mechanics? These things have no place here!!

    I lost passion for all Warner Brothers games after this incident. I will uninstall all their games since they have no care for their loyal customers. I invested 2000 dollars in this game and maybe even more, just to lose everything in a second. Which all could've been avoided with one notification only.
