    I was conctact by game support member - but he replied on something strange ... He answered and tried solve a problem or issue of someone diffrent ...

     

    He really didnt know my issue . He sent me a answer and closed my ticked without a sense ...

     

    I create a new ticked with my ISSUE ... with number " 770043 "

     

    My previous ticket was accidentaly closed by game support  " PROTO " ...

     

    I need direct connect him to solve my issue again - I have no another month for waiting ... I wait 3 weeks to solve - and my ticket was closed by mistake ...

    Or give me his e-mail , my lawyer could contact him there ..

    I am sorry to hear you did not get a resolution to your issue. There's no direct email for Support agents because they work through the ticketing system.

    I just wanted to remind you that according to our ToS, if legal action is mentioned we (we being WB and any affiliates, including Mods) can no longer speak with you in an unofficial capacity. If any further discussion of legal action is mentioned, all conversation on the forums with you must cease, and your lawyer must contact Warner Brother’s Legal Council.

    There is a Support agent that checks into the forums to follow up on tickets. Hopefully you will have a response soon.

    OK , and where we can send a message or letter to Warner Brother’s Legal Council. ?

     

    Adress is not secret or not ? Or I have to find adress from Companies Register ?

    Thanks a lot , we will try to contact them . Seriously I dont have enough free time to wait next 3 weeks to solve my ticket ...

    - much more SIMPLE ... I hope someone will solve it now ... I deserve it ... I am trying to help fix that bug and help everyone , not just me ...

    Move on and rebuild, get over it. If you were let go because you were zeroed once it doesn’t sound like they wanted to hear you complain either. It’s always WB’s fault when someone looses a march or gets zeroed.
