    Hi LDButcher,

    I can only apologise that a player was able to attack you with a peace shield active. Please update the post with your ticket numbers.
    Could I also ask that you do not send in further tickets for the same issue as this will only delay customer support.

    here are the tickets i sended the last time #167541 #167592 #167541, the other tickets where for other things but this one is more important

    I bought a shield for 24 hours and when I returned I had no shield, I lost all my troops and despite having placed myself in the number 10 of the attack event, I am not allowed to collect any of the prizes. Solve your mistake, I paid for my shield, they took it from me and I lost everything, I had resources and all my troops, things that were supposed to be safe ...

    Same i bought a pvp pack bulwark anf gold pack just to get troops up and some shields while i was gone this is the 2th time the same player attacked me under a shield

     

    First was when i used a 8 hour shield went to work after 3 hours when my break started all troops dead and i got zeroed. This is very annoyinh

    Id be glad to have a refund back to my bank account, i have also contacted google and they said i first ask you guys for the refund else i can ask them again so here it is

    Amount: every payment on the 24th anf 24th of may returned to my bank account.

    You'll have to reach out directly to Support regarding any refund requests, as the Moderation staff simply don't have the means to assist with that.

    WOW i got 10000 as compensation ARE YOU GUYS FOR REAL???

    i lost so many troops and this is how to treat a paying customer. 

    im tottaly done im going to refund it all.
