    I'm sorry to hear that you're having those issues with GoT:C. Would you be able to provide your Ticket ID(s), so that way they are on-hand for reference?

    I spent 5k pesos in this game. I don't deserve to be ignored like this. I want you to fix this issue right now. The contract I agreed is a contract of adhesion. It means the contract shall be construed in favor of the party giving consent to the contract. I'd like to file a legal complaint if this issue will not be resolved in reasonable time.

    Before I respond any further, I would like to remind you that according to the Warner Brothers Terms of Service, if legal action has been mentioned, Warner Brothers and any affiliates (which includes us Forum Moderators) will no longer be able to communicate with you in an unofficial capacity.

     

    I understand that experiencing issues like this can hinder progress with your game-play, and have experienced similar issues in other games that I enjoyed playing. It's not really a fun ordeal to go through, so we definitely understand when it comes to things like this; however, that being said, Customer Support does try to get to all tickets as fast as they can, so I do ask for your continued patience during this process in order to try to get this resolved.

    I just want the game to be fixed. And updates to my complaint. I dont want the feeling of being ignored. I'll be patient just give me a time line when it will be fixed. E.g. 3 to 6 weeks.

    I did every step but the issue still exist. When is the next update of the game? Maybe new update will fix the issue. I checked my google play app all apps are updated

    It's done. I sorted it out. 1st I bound my fb. 2nd I reset my phone and re installed the game. 3rd I switched new account to my fb. Now I enjoy the game again.
