    I am sorry you still can't collect Tyrions reward and have not received an answer to your ticket yet. Can you post your ticket number please? I have also moved your post to the Support section for better visibility.

    Please have a look at this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 which explains the difference between the different ticket types and the responses they receive e.g. "Bug Reports" will be used to gather information about an issue, but will not receive a specific response.

    And again: I can't collect the Tyrion quest reward for upgrading my keep and therefore I am unable to unlock new quests. It's been a long time since I first posted about it and submitted a ticket. Just a response like "yeah, we are aware of your problem and working on it".
