I am pretty fed up with WB now; especually the customer service
I reported instantally that i wasnt getting leaderboard points for an event, and the impact it had - it was never compensated or rectified
I was locked out of the game a whole day, while the game constantally re-cached and downloaded itself (a known bug) which cost my 3gb of data which i have had to pay for; and WB were well aware of
During this i was attacked and lost untold resources and troops
WB's response? Put the phone on airplane mode, restart my router, free up some space!!!!
WB - GET A GRIP. I have suffered monetary loss due to an error with your game, and a blanket 100 gold (which was given to everyone error or not) is quite simply not good enough.
£ weeks later, having had another reply, i called Google who advised me you need to rectify but if not i will be asking for a refund to compensate!!! You cant ignore people because they arent massive P2W. I have all the examples where you have compensated my team mate, purely because they P2W and i do not.
I need someone to reply to my issues properly and proptionately.
