I have submitted 3 previous tickets about not getting notifications about being scouted or being attacked or a Seat of Power that I am reinforcing or occupyingxa0being scouted or attacked. All three times I have not received a response from the Customer Support Team other than the automated e-mail saying they received the ticket. Yet somehow after about 2 weeks I suddenly start getting notifications. This will last for about another two weeks and then, suddenly no notifications again. Yesterday is the fourth time this has happened, I logged in to find that I had an entire march worth, approx. 36,000, of t5 Troops sitting in my medical tents because an SOP that I was reinforcing was attacked and taken from one of my allegiance members, who reported to the rest of us later in the evening that they didn't even get any push notifications about the attacks or losing the SOP. Each time this has happened I have had to use all of the resource boxes and Gold that I have beenxa0savingxa0up just so that I can heal the injured troops and rebuild my power from lost troops when the attack has been onxa0my keep. These resources and gold are what I amxa0building up so that I can try and upgrade my keep so that I can continue to advance in the game. Each time thatxa0my keep, a Level 16 keep, is attacked it is by individualsxa0withxa0level 20+ keeps. They are individuals that appear to be doing nothing more than attacking playersxa0lower than them just toxa0keep them fromxa0advancing and leveling up to become stronger playersxa0in the Kingdom. Each time I have to healxa0and re-train troops to maintain my Power level It is costing me millions of resources which have to be pulled from the boxes that I have been trying to save and when I don’t have enough there I have to use the gold that I have been trying to save upxa0so that I canxa0purchase shields to protect my keep from attack during the PVP events that occur every month.xa0Because of having to use all of these resources and thexa0tens of thousands of gold, I have been stuck at a Level 15 keep for over 2 months. I admit that I do notxa0purchase large packs and Ixa0do not spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on the game every month, but I have gotten to a point where I refuse to spend even $5xa0more on the game until I can get some kind of responsexa0from the support teams.xa0Last night while I was trying to submit yet another support ticket about the issue, I got half way through typing up the ticket and my game crashed. This has become an increasing problem anytime I try to type anything more than a few sentences into a chat or text box. This occurs in Kingdom Chat, Allegiance Chat, Bannerman Chat, Liege Chat, Private Message and the Support Ticket system. I am not normally one to complain but when I do I try to provide as much details and information as I can so that the Support Team can address the issue without having to contact me for more information thus resolving the issue faster because they don’t have to wait for my response to their request for more information. I have submitted multiple customer service tickets to try and get these issues resolved and have not gotten any support or assistance, so I will try submitting here and maybe someone from WBGames will finally respond and get these issues fixed. If not it will just further cement the idea that the support team, the development team, and the WBGames company itself only cares about the users that spend large amounts of money on the game and doesn't care if the "free" players have problems or issues. This being said, until I can get support assistance for the issues that I have, I will be a true "free" player and refuse to spend any money on packs for the game. I refuse to be a bully in the game and attack players who are lower than me just so that I can get the resources needed to rebuild my power and troops that could have been saved had I gotten the notifications about the attacks and/or scouting actions of other players. I understand that the game does not push warning notifications of pending attacks, per another posting in the support section of this site, but if I received notifications of the attacks after they happened, i.e. notification for recent attacks, I may have been able to log into the game and save some of these troops by either sending them home from the SOP's or putting a shield up to stop the attacks. Please help with these issues and implement permanent fixes so that they don’t keep re-occurring after a few weeks.
