    I’ll be contacting my card provider and filing a dispute for a refund of the purchase if a response isn’t given soon... quick to take my money but no help when this stuff happens...

    Hi ,

     

    I understand that it may not be pleasant to experience a longer than expected response time; however, Customer Support does try to get to all of the tickets that they can as fast as they are able to. Sometimes there will be a delayed response time when there is an increased volume of support tickets, so I do kindly ask for your continued patience through-out this process to ensure that Customer Support has had a sufficient amount of time to try to get to your ticket.
