    Can you post the ticket numbers here so we can pass them to the team and see if we can't get you any help?

    If you have the email returned, it should have the ticket number there. If not then it would have been on the notifications.

    It looks like this was a ticket about a report made. The reason why the ticket was closed automatically is because we're unable to disclose any information surrounding another player, which includes any and all disciplinary action taken against them. Rest assured, the team will look into the report and handle it accordingly.
