    I would be angry too if I upgraded a level 30 orange for it to turn white with only a 7% chance.
    Could you please update the thread with your ticket numbers so someone can look into it for you. Was it separate tickets for the packs and crafting? If so please post both numbers.

    My frustration can’t be let go I couldn’t even see the Arya packs everyone else got and the gear goes without saying and it’s not the 1st time it’s happened sorry but 40k gold does no justice to the amount of materials and gear I lost the stats are worse on the level 35 ! This feeling will not go away with out proper communication and compensation

    Yeah I never upgrade equipment unless I have 100% of the level I want.  I have had similar luck as Wolf where it's at least 75% chance or higher to get a certain level and all but 1 time I got the lowest level possible.  I almost had a heart attack the one time I got the higher level.  I don't believe those odds 1 bit.

    I’ve made dozens of email still no response I’ll keep making new forums and keep going all the way up the chain of command until this is resolved

    I am sorry that you haven't had a response to your issue. I can understand that being frustrating. Please reply to this post with your ticket number(s). You may want to check this post: https://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support/Customer-Service-Help/m-p/1819951#M5 as it gives details of the different ticket types and their responses e.g. a ticket raised as a "Bug Report" will be used to gather information to fix a bug, but players may not get individual replies.

    I'm going through the same issue where I'm submitting proof a problem due to their crap coding. I would just contact google/itunes to get your money back. This game isn't worth it
