    This is disgusting behaviour from a company that wants and needs loyal gamers yet it seems that ever gamer faces issues every other wk yet if these issues are voiced then you are either ignored or fobbed of with little to no explanation yet it is ironic that there is never any issues when we are purchasing packs at £100 per pack this is not fair as dev’s and mods you as a company have access to monitor our accounts to see if the issues we are reporting are actually true or false and to ask us the players for any evidence to support our claims this bring the case why is it so hard to get treated correctly it feels like we are being treated like liars and sceemers and cheats until we create enough of a specifically to warrant some investigation for the ppl in charge to realise that we actually have a genuine issue and usually by that time the fun and enjoyment has almost gone out of this game and that is what I’m finding really unfair I’ve lost so much due to an issue that is out of my control that can be checked by you guys and I’ve spent 100’s of British pounds playing this game and as a result of this issue I’m falling further and further behind the position I was in before the issue I’m trapped I’ve spent to much time effort and money to walk away from this game as I’m sure I’m not the only one this truly is unfair

    Supuestamente con el parche íbamos a recuperar las cuentas perdidas con la actualización 2.4.0 y no fue así, sigo con una cuenta de principiante cuando en verdad mi progreso es muy superior, hasta de la liga donde estaba me sacaron por inactividad, llevo más de 10 días y nada que me dan respuesta.


    Qué debo hacer ?

    Las cuales siguen en estado abierto

    No that was for a shield error that wasn’t what I was requesting or what I had asked for I emailed them several times to address this so no my ticket wasn’t addressed or compensated read my ticket and I’ll post the emails to prove this wasn’t what was raised and that I agghhhh you know guys you are really naughty they way you treat players paying players

    How the hell you can get away with treating people like this who pay hard earned money to enjoy a game when issues prevent you from accessing the game and cause you to loose all you have paid for you follow the procedures you email post send tickets to get fobbed off with 100k for a shield error that wasn’t the issue then promptly ignore I couldn’t access my account I had a shield but due to not being able to access my account it expired and as a result was zeroed several times over 3 months I could access my account from some one who used to spend at least £100 every week this is rediculous not mention completely unfair as this is not just an issue I’ve faced but I’m not being treated the same why ????

    Guys I’ve sent lots of emails posted on forum and sent tickets regarding an issue my ticket was miss read and I was given 100k hold regarding a shield issue that wasn’t the issue I was trying to raise it was the fact I couldn’t access my account I have sent emails trying to high light this but have been ignore my account can be checked to prove what I am saying and you are aware I’ve been playing this game for a very long time and spent 100’s of pounds but due to not being able to access my account this was wiped out it was not my fault that I couldn’t access my account and I’ve tried to recoup what I’ve lost but after hearing the issue is experience by others and they have been rembursted I find this highly unfair

    Why am I being ignored and left to deal with an issue that has nothing to do with me I lost everything I had spent money time and effort get due to not being able to access my account I followed all procedures email tickets posts to be fobbed off because you guys miss read a very clear ticket I have logged several complaints to no avail this is completely out of order how the hell can you guys do this

    my name is Lloyd Barnes I play under the name House Barnes I was experiencing login difficulties for up to 3 months on my account ( up until this point I was always on and always spending money on the packs ) as a result I had reach a very high level ( 3 months ago ) due to this problem I was zeroed regularly and lost everything thing troops resources and the chance to stay within the top 10 within my kingdom I managed to get on and I tried to rebuild I followed proceedings and sent in tickets emails and forum posts( however my ticket was miss read and I received 100k gold for shield error which was not what my issue was ) I emailed straight back several times and was not replied to. I kept posting and emailing as this was very upsetting and frustrating when I did get a reply I was told I had been felt with but as you can see from tickets and emails and posts that it was not the issue I was raising I find this disturbing and very frustrating as as a result of this issue I not only lost everything I had spent time and money obtaining but I had lost playing time which would have given me more experience and better standing within the ranking system all of these are facts I can prove and you guys can check from the purchasing of packs to the activity time and the fact I have photos/screen shots of the emails and posts and tickets please don’t fob me off as this is a genuine issue which I’m not the only one experiencing please don’t allow me to loose all hope and faith in your game

    I find this absolutely disgusting when you are a honest paying player who enjoys the game doesn’t cheat and experience an issue and you follow procedures like everyone else they get treated differently and you get fobbed off how can this be my account is there to be checked my word is there to be checked I really do feeel unfairly treated I don’t understand how this can happen maybe there are a lot of ppl out there in our game who do try there luck and get something for nothing and cheat and that has made the devs and the higher ups Pissed but hey I’m not one of them like I said everything thing I’ve raised can be checked via activity spending all up to issue and after so surely that and the length of time I’ve been play this game should surely put me in the bracket of genuine but nope I find myself ignored fobbed off whilst others with the same issue get better treatment I really don’t understand if you are calling me a liar please just do so u will give you the evidence and remind you that you can check my account and see for yourself but please don’t ignore me or fob me off and please don’t treat me differently to others who say they have had the same issue as that guys is wrong I know it and you guys do to
