    We apologize for the delay in response to your ticket, as well as the trouble you've encountered regarding the suspension of your account.  When you first contacted WB support, was this the website that you used in order to submit tickets? https://hbogamessupport.wbgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - if so, can you please provide your ticket number? If you're unable to, please let us know; in either case, the Customer Service team will be sure to look into things further.

    I have the exact same issue and get no response. i have spent over 3K and got suspended whyever... My ticket numbers are [WB Games CS] #3133356 and [WB Games CS] #3121444

    Please review this asap.

    There are several players in my kingdom as well who face this issue of being suspended without any info alongside me, i'm waiting for answer on my ticket.. Is this maybe a system bug? Or a new improvement of the game? hope you check this soon.

    Did you guys get this resolved?? because I am in the same boat and cannot get anyone to answer my tickets
