2:35 PM update:
Errors appear to have resolved. If you made a purchase during the outage and are unsure if you have received the contents:
- Make sure you are playing on the same device that made the original purchase and restart the game.
- You may need to open the in-game store menu and navigate through the pages for a moment until it refreshes.
- Delayed purchases may not have a pop-up notification once they are delivered, but you will see the items added to your inventory.
- Once a purchase has been delivered, it will appear in the Purchase History section of your settings menu.

1:45 PM update: Apple System Status is reporting the issues have been resolved. We are still seeing intermittent errors and expect that it will take some time for purchases from the outage to resolve and items to be delivered. We will continue to monitor and update if we receive additional information from Apple.
12:50 PM update: No change. Latest response from Apple Support: "We apologize for any inconvenience. An issue was identified with the App Store, and we are working to get this resolved. Follow this link to check the Apple System Status page: https://s.apple.com/dE4h2p8i2O"
11:46 AM update: Store status is still down.
Starting at approximately 8 am EST this morning, the Apple App Store began experiencing outages.
iOS users making purchases during this time may experience symptoms such as extended processing times, error messages in the store, or delayed in-game purchase delivery until the App Store is back up. These issues are specific to the store and gameplay should be unaffected.
We will be monitoring the situation and updating this post hourly or as we have more information.
