Game Imbalance
To whom this may concern,
I am reaching out to you to offer my honest opinion on a game I fell in love with briefly. Game Of Thrones Conquest has huge potential but what is stopping the game from reaching its peak is the imbalance. I'm in kingdom 378 which is ruled by 2 alliances who own about 90% of the Seats Of Power. Both Clans have multiple members of 40 million power and up who bully and feed off newcomers and smaller clans. I get that this is a "pay to win" game but this game only caters to the millionaires who can afford to upgrade and strengthen their power.
I wish there was some sort of gap where those of higher power can only attack others within the same power bracket or tier. This way everyone no matter what level or power can enjoy your great product. It would also be great if each alliance had a cap limit of the amount of SOP they can takeover. This will force more parity amongst some of the large power players. Instead of them joining forces with each other and bullying the rest of the kingdom. Another idea I have would be implementing a power gap each alliance can have. So for example alliance (A) amongst the 150 members it holds cannot exceed a power cap of 100,000,000 throughout its allegiance.
I hope this does not fall on deaf ears. I am part of a clan with over 100 members and others share the same sentiment. I hate to move on to a different game but it seems like if things don't change myself and others might finally give up. I figured before leaving a negative review I will reach out to someone and just share my thoughts as well as others who has played your game.

There is a serious problem with consolidation. On my server it's basically come down to 4 allegiances, each at the cap of players. Prior to our first merge there were 4 allegiances. Then, again, prior to our second merge there were basically 4 allegiances. After each merge there is a brief period where there are more that can effectively vie for Seats of Power or otherwise meaningfully participate in PvP but it winnows down quickly. Less active players are shifted out to "alt" allegiances to make way for more active players that are absorbed from other allegiances. And since the PvP side of the game requires a pretty significant number of players at some point those allegiances lose critical mass and then splinter and we come back to that set of 4 allegiances. Usually with one or two holding a majority of the Seats of Power.
