I have created many tickets related to shield issue where I lost everything, not once but twice. We are talking hundreds of thousands of troops, millions upon millions in RSS. Tickets are even closed with no response or given generic blank responses. I have invested lots in thos game, bit perhaps they only truly support though that paid 5000 or more. No empathy, no support. I would like compensation and appropriate responses resolutions to tickets #1954020 #2067491 #2040427 #2093745 #2107763 . Stop auto closing tickets and actually give the right compensation for the losses experienced. I support this game, but if this continues I will stop and file a complaint with the better business bureau, facebook, Twitter, any news agency that will listen, and follow any means I have to report your poor customer practices. I have followed every rule your company has and I have proof that your company keeps auto closing and non resolving issues. I am not asking for anything unfair but a proper conpinsation for the losses I experienced (again at this point close to 2 million troops, and countless millions in resources) and lack of customer support.
