I've been submitting tickets and contacting the twitter support since almost 2 months to un-link my account from game center, i have provided them like 70 purchases history, screenshots from my conversation with the person who has access to my account but still they keep closing my tickets with no proper reason or answer, I KNOW THAT THEY HELPED MANY PPL IN OTHER KINGDOMS AND EVEN IN MINE.
The way they treated my issue is really not the best one.
I have even asked to complain about one the supervisors for his poor customer support and for not providing a simple clear reason for not helping me but still i get nothing.
We're all playing the game because of the 2 names HBO and WB, everyone trusts this 2 big names but not me...
I wish i could get my investment secured again.
