    More silence. I see this is a habitual workaround for WB. STOP RELEASING NEW CONTENT WHEN THE GAME WAS NOT WORKING IN THE FIRST PLACE BEFORE YOU GAVE US RECYCLED "NEW" CONTENT TO INCREASE YOUR PROFIT MARGIN. Thanks.

    I am about through with waiting and being ignored after having spent an exhorbitantly stupid amount on money on this broken pipe dream. Perhaps I could interest you in a proposition. I will do your developers jobs for them, and the salary will recoup some of my lost money. Everyone will be happy then.

    I have made one FINAL purchase in good faith as a last ditch effort as money seems to be the only language understood here. Regardless, it is ridiculous that the customer is being blamed for issues caused by WB developers. Very nice that you the customer service doubles down on this bad faith by just leaving Zendesk tickets wide open. CAN I GET ANY RESPONSE?! I LOST A FEW MARCHES OF T9 TROOPS WHICH COSTS MILLIONS OF RESOURCES, and not to mention the wounded troops that cost me another 20 million in resources. Is this sufficient enough in detail aside from what else I have laid out. Now if you would respond, and we can settle what you made wrong, it would be great
