I am still waiting for a response after I requested my ticket to be escalated. Basically a week ago (7-12-19) I logged in to my game to find I had been zeroed. I had received no notification and the battle reports were missing. I lost 5 million power. I took a deep breath, started rebuilding and did the suggested steps for the notification issues. Fast forward 4 days (7-15-19) after the first time was zeroed, it happened again! Like last time, I did not receive any notifications or battle reports. This time I lost even more power. I would like to this to be made right. If you go and look at my purchase history I purchased 6 packs from the 12th to the 15th to rebuild my game. And then I loose everything all over again. All it would have taken was one notification of a scout or a rally. Just one and I could prevented it from happening again. I've already paid for the troops I lost once. Please compensate my account properly. I relay enjoy this game and so far the representative gotten responses from was very nice. All I ask is that you fix it just this one time.
