    I am sorry that your Dragon is not working as expected. If you have completely shut the game and device off, and still have the issue after restart, please raise a ticket on our website (https://hbogamessupport.wbgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and the Support team will be able to look into this. Once you have raised the ticket, please reply with the ticket number.
