I have begun talks with a CS Rep days ago and he has gone silent.
I have reached out VIA Twitter, and support tickets.
I cannot access my account.
I was asked for information, I gave what was requested.
I was told if I still couldn’t access that I would be assisted.
It has been days. I have had no help.
I literally have $400 to throw into my account for growing my power but I suppose y’all don’t want my money? Maybe I should reconsider my investment and go elsewhere.
Keeping PAYING customers waiting is not a good business model... I apologize for my attitude but this wait has been unacceptable..
