    This is the number of the last ticket. 638036 I had opened this ticket from a new account because I could no longer access my keep.

    1579191 this is the last Ticket that i had opened from my keep.

    Sono ancora in attesa, o devo pubblicare anche su Twitter e Facebook?
    Inoltre per ogni giorno senza eventi, premi e regali i alleanza, chiedo un risarcimento aggiuntivo di 1M di Gold al giorno.

    some news? I'm curious to see what happens in case of theft / hack of accounts like this. a friend had the same problem but gave up because he was frustrated by the expectation of an answer worthy of wb / hbo. I hope in this case to see a better ending

    I am curious too.
    Already 5 days without answer i don't think is polite. People spend a lot of money and don't have a good support from wb and in this case it should be instantaneous.

    As a teammate, I know this account was hacked and troops were dismissed. I find it appalling that WB has not helped. Our team controls our kingdom, and I wonder if WB would listen if our entire kingdom stopped spending money until this issue was resolved. As we have all been played for close to 500 days, the customer service has declined to Fyre Festival level.

    It seems absurd to me that the support has not yet intervened to help this player. It is not very reassuring to know that in the event of serious problems the support does not help.

    Non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta.
    Siete dei ladri. Ho investito molto nel mio keep e avrei continuato a farlo per arrivare a k30 e adesso non date più supporto. Dovreste avere più rispetto per i giocatori che spendono importanti cifre.

    You are thieves. I invested a lot in my keep and I would have continued to do it to get to k30 and now you don't give more support.
    You should have more respect for players who spend big money.

    What has happened with this account is bang out of order and you ignoring this poor girl is even more bang out of order. Her account got hacked by a person who searches social media until she finds that very person. She is a sad lady and decided to hack my friends account, dismiss the troops and steal the resources. Not only is this hacking but it is fraud. Also Im sure WB have failed when it comes to the data protection act. You need to sort this out as many on our server have quit because of this.
