To better assist you, I've opened an additional ticket for you addressing the problem described in this thread, as well. Please let us know if you don't receive notification of such.

    Hello,

    No I did not get a response regarding the additional ticket you have opened.  For your reference, here is a screen shot of the problem.  The circle menu that allows you to select actions on an item, such as this Seat of Power is missing.  You can see from the image that I have the sop highlighted, but the menu does not come up.  I have had this problem since March 14, 11 days ago, and reported it and you have done nothing to fix it.  It can be reproduced.  You can get the menu, a few times then once this glitch happens, and the menu does not appear, the only way to clear it is to restart the app.  Obviously in a battle with another player, this is impossible situation, as battles can be decided in under a minute. So essentially this glitch is debilitating.  If you do not fix within a few days with an app update, I am going to have to quit the game completely.  I have been very patient, but this is unacceptable.  I hope you can see from the player point of view, especially since I had invested a good deal of money into this game, I am beyond frustrated here.
