Customer Service, I have opened bug reports of an in game issue with inability to click and see the circle menu on the main map. This started in update of March 14, Build 236607.0.0.456. I open a bug report, get an email acknowledgement of report received, then nothing more and in game it says I have no open bug reports. This one way communication is ineffective. I clearly described the problem, and yet it goes uncorrected. Essentially, I cannot play the game as the menu disappears from play. I am running a supported mobile device iPhone 5S on latest iOS 12.1.4. I sent a screen shot through online method (web) not within app. The developers have all the details they need. The fact that you also refuse to have any sort of voice customer support, leaves no way for me to ask you to fix this than here in this forum. Can you please do something?
