Multiple tickets, no customer service

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the in-game shield; however, in this case, creating multiple tickets to attempt to receive a response faster will not speed up the response time. This actually does the opposite, and can cause the agents assisting you to lose track of vital information when handling your ticket down the line due to the ticket being disorganized.

    Customer Support will respond to your ticket as soon as they are able to. You can post your Ticket ID(s) here so that way that someone can look into it.
