have put multiple tickest in regard a serious issue. I have had zero communication from you. You will be able to find my previous tickets and responses using the email above. My current Screen name is “Eçhö”. This is day three. I am beyond frustrated. I have been in contact with Apple and I have put tickets in every avenue available to me, including responding to blanket statement emails stating my tickets been submitted. Please look into the tickets and respond ASAP. Due to the bugs and glitches incthe game the past week, my 3 day shield failed early. That glitch cost me to go from 21 million power to 3 million power. I have spent at least $1000 in the past month growing to that level. I would understand if it were a fauly of my own, but as this was out of my control I am incredibly frustrated and completely disappointed invthe response time/lack of response from customer service
