    Greetings,

    I am sorry that you have lost rewards and that you have not received a reply to your tickets yet, I can understand how that can be frustrating. Please reply with the ticket numbers. Depending on what option is chosen when submitting a ticket, e.g. bugs, the information will be used to gather information to fix an issue, but players may not receive a reply for these.

    Can i ask why do you even have support team, where you can send a ticket, if they are not answering them? To be exact malrondish is the person who doesnt respond back after initial respond. Also if i get one more time response that i need to put my phone into airplane mode or to check my wifi or to be sure to have 2gb free space or to clear my cache. Imma dracarys you all(jk jk) but it is stupid to semd that to people who have been playing game since day one.

    WB does not answer you. Beg. Plead. Demand. Whine. Snivel. Reply to canned responses. Nothing works. Ever. But they are happy to suck money from you like a Hoover. That's it.

    I have submitted at least 20 tickets over the past 4 days. I’ve submitted them under every option available. I’ve tweeted, I’ve commented in FB. Nothing! Because of the bugs and glitches in the app over the past month, my 3 day shield failed more then a day early, no notifications or alerts. Because of this, I was attacked and went from 21 million power down to 3. I am not a novice player, I set alarms for shields and refresh them almost an hour before they expire. To have this happen and have it be out of my control is frustrating. It’s near infuriating that no one responds to tickets! I’ve gone so far to reply to all of the automated responses and attached SS of the money spent on packs. I have no war reports, still cannot accept gifts with out restarting the app. How do I get ANYONE to respond?

    Unfortunately I didn't receive my rewards ... and probably never ... its just sad ... i didnt want gold for compensate me and anything else ... that asked to want is only the rewards I earned in the previous Varrys Event ! That's all !

    Hello dear team.
    I have not bind my account to facebook. I had issues with my phone and my account dissapeared means i cannot log in: Wïld Qüeeň. I have invested money in this game. I raised tickets me and also my boyfriend King Carol I. we were in 243 kingdom.. if i remember correct. I also sent email to support team.
    please make an exception and help me with recovering my account. or else, I would need a refund or I will go further with the issue as it is not normal if I pay money not to be helped to recover my account. Please help.
