    Thank you for your help request. Your request (1136097) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Thats my ticket number. I have screenshots I submitted proving I paid. 4 tickets and no response :(

    When will this be fixed I bought it on the 7th. I'm losing items promised to me for actually money I paid.

    Same, I am on day four with the packs I purchased not delivered. I have written every day and sent screenshots of my proof of purchase through Google play and my bank account showing the payments made to WB. No one has answered me except form letters explaining the Hidden Market. I paid for over 400k gold plus resources and speedups that I haven't received. I wanted them for this troop training event and now the event is almost over. I don't understand why no one has answered me.
