    Kingdom 240 gets worse with every update. It is now not even beta quality.  People put money in this game and the chronic glitches.  I believe that WB has contracted this game out as well as support.  It seems that the reason we don't get replies to numerous tickets is because support people do not want the survey generated.  Many of them are rude and insensitive to our real financial losses from investing in this game.  Every update makes the game worse in so many ways.  Not just one.  

     

    WE NEED WB TO INVESTIGATE THINGS IN THIS GAME!  Seriously.  WB is a ghost.  We can put our money in and try to play a seriously broken game, but we have no support.  We can send tickets all day which will just spam the ghost support that rarely does anything.  No matter how many people report bugs, it takes a week or 2 for another update but the updates keep making the game worse.  We seriously need WB to get on this.  

     

    WB bought HBO - this meant they took the license rights away from Distributor Beam that made the original Game of Thrones (Ascent) game.  That game worked.  When we did have problems, support go right on it.  They replied to all tickets.  They compensated appropriately for losses.  That game worked!  WB didn't want to support that developer with a popular game that had many loyal players as well as paying players.  All of our investment was just taken from us.  I don't know of any of those players trying GOTC - they say this game is terrible and expensive.  So WB lost a large community to this greed and left us with a GOT game that doesn't work.   ITunes has referred to WB as a ghost - ghost support.  YES, this is true.  We are stuck playing the game with all the needed features to play it - not working.  We need help.  

     

    WE NEED HELP!  Please!  The support sucks.  The game isn't working and every upgrade makes it worse.  WB!  Please get on this and investigate what is going on.  Some of us have a lot of money invested in this game - you made money off of us but we suffer huge losses.

    Same thing in k139 ... and shocking ghost customer service !! Not one gold coin compensation and ive requsted a full refund for violation of google terms and im being ignored :-( shut the game down google should and refund all that have been robbed
