    Greetings,

    I am sorry that you have had these issues with the hidden market and a duplicate charge for a teleport.. Have you raised a ticket with the Customer Support team yet? If you have, please reply with the ticket number, if you haven't,  please submit a ticket to Customer Support at go.wbgames.com/HBOhelp or via the "Submit Ticket" button under the Customer Service menu in-game and an Agent will be happy to look into this further.

    It doesn't matter if a ticket is submitted, they give the same general response. I have had it with the bugs, crashes, lagging, non-existent event creatures, and so on... it's funny how I got a "trick to the bug" response from one of the tickets I have submitted. For crafting go out and back in, click on the first item, back out and go back in and it should work better! Lol, they're not fixing anything and this New event that started Hours ago...... THERES NO EVENT CREATURES!!! NONE!! So exactly how are we supposed to participate in the cumulative 3part event if we don't have the creatures that are required for creating items and quests for the rest of the event parts? Can't craft the items w/o materials, can't get materials w/o event creatures to battle!! Jesus already, if you can't make a stellar game w/o all the bugs and so on, then make a simple playable game!
