    Hello,

    I am very sorry that your gold has been taken, but you were not able to teleport. I can understand how this could be frustrating. Have you raised a ticket with the Customer Support team? If you have, please respond with the ticket number. If you haven't, please submit a ticket to Customer Support at go.wbgames.com/HBOhelp or via the "Submit Ticket" button under the Customer Service menu in-game and a Customer Support Agent will be happy to look into this further.

    Customer service will tell you that it is your fault and that there is no possible way that a bug or glitch could possibly exist.
