We’ve heard your concerns about our Customer Service compensation policy, and in light of this we’ve decided to make some changes. Previously, players had been granted currency in an amount related to in-game losses accrued. This has been upsetting the game balance across various kingdoms, and has provided an unfair advantage to players whether or not a bug was actually accounted for.
Therefore, thanks to your feedback, our CS team will be reducing the amount of compensation provided in help requests. We want to ensure the fairness of PvP combat and that player efforts to conquer Westeros and defend their home & allies are not negated by Customer Service. Instead, we’ll only be granting compensation on a case-by-case basis if players are reporting unintended behavior or a bug in the game that we can verify. If we can’t verify the report players may not be compensated.
