After all the odyssey, my ticket got an answer. An answer, not the answer someone expects from a support.
Let's break it down.
1. "I apologize, but I'm unable to discuss tickets opened by other players. However, I'm happy happy to pass your feedback along to the developers for review."
I do not recall ever asking to discuss tickets opened by other players but what I do recall is that I asked for a full refund to WB as you are in breach of contract.
It is my concern to want to be informed when WB gives for free millions of gold of the value of thousands of dollars, when I have to pay for it.
It is my concern, because that is fraudulent behavior and, the ones defrauded by WB are us, your consumers.
It is my concern to know why that gold has been given for free, as it is my right to submit a grievance as this is extremely unfair.
I am entitled to ask for a full refund from WB and I am entitled to receive it, as you have broken your promise to us, and me, your consumers.
2. There is nothing to pass to the Devs, we keep receiving preformatted empty answers from support, with no real resolution, because you do not care.
3. I never received an answer to my main claim but that is how our Game Support works. It avoids the real problems. I recall asking for a refund in my ticket, the support, completely forgot to mention it or ask anything about it. Convenient.
Please, stop editing my post, I am asking this, because, removing fraudulent behavior and breach of contract, because that is a fact and it is the truth.
Censoring truth shows only how much you do not care about your consumers, but only about the money.
Unfortunately or fortunately, the money can be claimed back if the service provide was not what was promised. This is the case.
We all should be entitled to get our money or the millions of golds from WB to put balance again in our server.
Another way of resolving it could be a ban for the people that intentionally abused of this backdoor.
Please community, share your thoughts in this topic, so we can send a clear message that we had enough of WB taking our money and never delivering the product.
